What are the costs ?
We have designed a package that can be purchased in parts, so that
you only pay for what you want. Indeed, it is very easy to start with
the core package and then add other elements later if you so desire.
Please review the details below. We tell you exactly what you get
for your money.
 Core Package £99
This includes your 6 page website, built with one of our excellent
templates. You also get the complete Editmode package, our password
protected online page edit system, which enables you to add all your
own text and images and to keep your site up to date with the right
content. We provide all the correct page layouts ready to go. Installation
is done for you, to get your site live online fast and painlessly.
Included as standard are the following customising options:
- Colour theme changes
- Page use *
- Incorporation of your logo design if you have one.
* eg; "I don't want a 'Local Area' page, make it a 'Menus' page
instead"
If a design incorporates imagery that is indicative of the name (eg;
oak leaf pattern as seen in our template Gallery) those elements are
also changed to compliment your own establishment's name or look and

Gallery
add-on £58
If you want to display a number of images we recommend adding a Gallery.
This will really show your images in their best light and gives a
great opportunity to visually tempt and invite visitors. Local scenes
of natural beauty or interest can be very effective in your gallery,
as well as shots of your facilities. We provide everything you need
to get your photos online and beautifully displayed. A very professional
touch that speaks volumes to website visitors.
Calendar
add-on £49
This additional feature enables you to display which dates are booked.
Its very convenient for both you and your potential customers. It
does not replace your hard-copy written records, but is a valuable
communication tool to aid the booking process. Again, its a professional
detail that builds customer confidence.
Extra Customisation £18
/ hr
We can provide extensive additional customisation such as the number
of pages, different navigation menu design, and changes to layout
etc. We can also custom design your logo, which can then be used in
your print items too, such as letterheads. These services are charged
at an hourly rate of £18 and are costed uniquely, based on your
specific requests.

The B&Bwebsite system provides you easy to use tools to add text
and images to your sites' pages. The template is set out ready for
your content and help files and forum support are provided to help
you do this without hassles.
But, if you dont have the time to deal with this, we can insert your
text and images for you. Simply purchase this add-on and send us the
content via email and we take care of everything for you.
Hosting
and Email £55 per yr
Hosting is the actual space on a computer (server) where your website
files are held and displayed on the World Wide Web. The Editmode page
editing system requires an online database. We install your site at
your hosting for you.
If you do not currently have any hosting, or no MySQL database facility
with your hosting, we can set this up for you. A domain is your address
on the web, for example; 'www.oaktreebb.co.uk'. We can register this
along with your hosting. Hosting is renewable each year.
